Highlights at Neroberg :

A special experience is the trip up the Neroberg with the funicular. It is operated by a water load pump and is the last of its kind and a cultural monument. On a total distance of 438 meters, it overcomes a height difference of 83 meters with a gradient of 19%. From the valley station in the Nero Valley, the route first passes over a brick viaduct with five arches before following the slope of the Nero Mountain to the top of the mountain. From here it is not far to the Russian Church, which is worth seeing.

The forest experience path on the Neroberg initiates little explorers into the secrets of the forest and its inhabitants and enables them to discover and understand the forest as a habitat in a playful way. The robber Leichtweiß serves for orientation and the animal and plant world of the Wiesbaden city forest waits at numerous experience stations to be taken under the magnifying glass. A call with the "marten telephone", a concert at the sound station or booking a room in the "Sprechhotel" - fun is guaranteed! The circular trail can be completed in 2 stages of varying lengths: the longer trail contains 16 discovery stations and is 3.3 km long, the smaller course is 2.3 km long and consists of 12 stations.
