Seaside Resort Dahme

The seaside resort of Dahme is located on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein, on the northwestern edge of the Bay of Lübeck and south of Fehmarn. Whether beach or active vacation, family time or nature lovers - the former fishing village offers individual possibilities of vacation design and thus moulted to the popular vacation resort at the Baltic Sea coast.
The unmistakable landmark of the tranquil village is the lighthouse Dahmeshöved. Since 1879 it has been used by sailors for orientation in the Bay of Lübeck and Mecklenburg. The octagonal brick tower is almost 29 meters high and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the expanse of the sea from the visitor platform.
The Dahme pier on the main beach takes you 205 meters out onto the Baltic Sea and invites you to take a stroll. Enjoy the picturesque view over the beach and the seaside resort behind it. You can also watch beautiful sunrises from here. It's worth getting up early!
