Chilehaus

The impressive brick building is a historic architectural monument and belongs together with the Speicherstadt and Kontorhausviertel since 2015 to the UNESCO world heritage sites. As one of the first skyscrapers of Hamburg, it was built between 1922 and 1924. The distinctive architecture - it spointed eastern side resembles the bow of a ship - made the building an icon. Various shops, cafés and restaurants invite to linger and to discover.
