Staatstheater Nürnberg

The Nuremberg State Theatre is a multi-part theatre that presents opera, ballet and concert performances as well as plays. Each season, more than 650 performances with more than 270,000 visitors come together. A special eye-catcher is probably the particularly tranquil Nuremberg Opera House. Other venues include the Schauspielhaus with the Kammerspiele and the Meistersingerhalle.
The Staatstheater organizes regular events such as the Philharmonic Open-Air Concerts in the Luitpoldhain with the Staatsphilharmonie and the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra, the Nuremberg Opera Ball and the New Year's Concerts in the Opera House.
