The SkyTrain connects Düsseldorf Airport with the long-distance train station Düsseldorf Airport. In just 6.5 minutes, the fully automatic cable car takes you comfortably from Terminal C of the airport via only another two stops at Terminal A/B and the car park P4/P5 to Düsseldorf Airport station, from where you can take the S-Bahn or bus to the city centre at lightning speed.
The SkyTrain runs daily from 3:45 to 0:45 every 3.5 to 7 minutes. The two-vehicle-trains each offer standing room for 64 passengers and 30 seats. Thus, up to 20000 passengers can be transported per hour.
During the resting period between 0:45 and 3:45, the transfer is guaranteed by buses every 20 minutes.
All vehicles have large panorama windows and offer sufficient storage space for luggage.
Please note: Unfortunately, baggage carts cannot be transported in SkyTrain.
