The Cologne Inn has its beginnings in the Middle Ages, actually in 1318. Since then, Sion Kölsch has existed in Cologne's Old Town between the Cathedral and the Alter Markt, and is now run by the fourth generation. The traditional brewery in the old brewery, which was converted into a guest room after its destruction in the Second World War, is especially charming. Hearty dishes are served with the fresh Sion Kölsch.
