The planetarium is only open during events. The ticket office opens about 30 minutes before the start of the event.
For security reasons, admission is no longer possible after the start of the show and tickets that have been purchased lose their validity.
Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted in the planetarium. Cell phones must be switched off. Dogs are not tolerated.
