Rainer Abicht Elbreederei - Harbour Cruises

Every half hour, our typical Hamburg harbor launches, numerous modern passenger ships and our paddle wheeler LOUISIANA STAR set off on harbor tours. The ship's guides explain interesting facts and tell interesting stories about the development of the port but, don't worry, there is no shortage of humor. There are all kinds of sailor's yarns and lots to experience on all our tours. For example, to the world's most modern terminal in Altenwerder, where the cranes dance and the world is packed into crates. Or past ocean liners and through the locks and canals of the historic warehouse district
All our tours can be experienced in 11 languages via the “Rainer Abicht” audio app. The “Rainer Abicht” audio app can be installed on your device and played through your own headphones, barrier-free and for free. Fun fact: Our harbor tours are now also available in Low German.
With 17 passenger ships and 14 barkassen, we have the largest and most versatile fleet in the Port of Hamburg. Did you know? You can hire the ships in our fleet at any time.
