Olympic Stadium Berlin

Explore the stadium of records and emotions: On your own, via the Multimedia Guide or on a guided tour. Since 1985, the annual DFB- Cup Final takes place at this stadium, which was originally built for the 1936 Olympic Games. The venue, was completely reconstructed from 2000 to 2004. Amongst other events, the 2006 FIFA Football World Cup Final took place here and witnessed the victory of Italy over France. In 2009, Usain Bolt set two world records at the IAAF World Championships in Athletics berlin 2009. Discover sports, architecture and history - at Berlin's Olympic Stadium and Berlin’s Olympic Park. On non-event-days the stadium is open for viewing und guided tours.

Highlighttour

A professional guide takes you on a 60-minute tour through the stadium, to areas that are otherwise closed to the public. Visit the venue of the 2006 FIFA World Cup, the 12th IAAF World Championships in Athletics Berlin 2009 and of the 6th FIFA Women‘s World Cup 2011, the VIP areas, changing rooms and the underground warm-up training hall. Enjoy the impressive perspective of this state of the art stadium, standing at the edge on the blue running track while your guide illustrates the history and architecture of the Olympiastadion Berlin.

Hertha-BSC-Tour

This tour takes you into the Olympiastadion Berlin (players’ and VIP areas) and through the players’ entrance onto the running track. Afterwards it continues to HERTHA BSC club grounds (amateur stadium, training grounds) and ends at Hanns-Braun-Strasse. 

Public tours will be held at selected dates during the main season.

Premiumtour

With this tour you discover the fascinating history of German sports and architecture. In addition to the non-public areas of the Olympiastadion Berlin you will also explore the Olympiapark. Those interested in sports, culture and architecture will be provided with a lot of details on the complex history of the former ‚Reichssportfeld‘.
