Central station Frankfurt

In 1888 the station was opened and is one of the largest head stations in Germany. Due to its central location, this is the most important German transport hub in train traffic in Germany. Up to 1,170 trains and around 450,000 passengers pass through the station, which ensures connection to the inner-city rapid transit network in the basement. On the station forecourt in front of the main building are the stops for trams and city buses. Following the national and international bus service, the traveler arrives at the exit station south.
