Verein Alsterdampfschiffahrt

The steamboat "St. Georg", built in 1876, is Germany's oldest steamer. Like in the good old days, the "St. Georg" is operated by a three-man crew comprising captain, engineer and conductor. The museum ship is still in its original state and has been renovated with attention to detail. The historic Alster boat trip on board the "St. Georg" allows the passenger to dive into the history of steamboat travel while enjoying the breathtaking panoramic view of the city and the lake.

Decked out with festive decoration, with hot-spiced wine and pastries on board, we offer Alster advent trips full of atmosphere during the Advent season.

Alstertrip:
till 31. October daily 10:45 am to 4:45 pm every hour from Jungfernstieg, pier 4
1. November till 31. December daily 11:15 am, 12:45 pm and 2:15 pm from Jungfernstieg

Alster-Canaltrip:
7. July 8:00 pm
21. and 28. July, also 4. and 11. August 7:00 pm
3. November till 30. December only saturdays and sundays 3:30 pm

Alster-Adventtrip:
29. November till 23. December daily 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
