The Schlosskirche ("Castle Church") is a former church and has been part of the exhibition rooms of the Saarlandmuseum since 2004. The church building, whose history dates back to the Middle Ages, houses Christian religious art and cultural assets from the possession of the Saarland Cultural Heritage Foundation and other lenders. The exhibition includes works from the 13th - 19th century, which are presented according to various themes.
